14-Day Fat Flush Camp

While working with several personal training clients, we discovered an exercise and nutrition combination that resulted in extremely rapid fat loss. Our next 14-Day Fat Flush Boot Camp starts December 6th and is available at most Bodyworks locations.

Aqua Zumba is HERE

Bodyworks is proud to introduce Aqua Zumba to it's Group X schedule.

Bodyworks' is now hiring personal trainers and fitness consultants for our newest location at 4th and Slide, as well as other Bodyworks locations. Bodyworks is hosting a trainer certification on December 11th and 12th.

Construction Begins at Family Life Center

Construction has officially begun at the NEW Bodyworks Family Life Center located at the corner of 4th and Slide. At over 60,000 square feet, this will be the largest location in the Bodyworks family. We are hopeful the new Family Life Center will be completed and open for business by December 1st.
