Austin, Texas, July 29, 2022 - Have you been under a great deal of stress caring for a loved one with a memory disorder? We are pleased to announce that The Cottages provide the assistance for all aspects of daily living for people with memory disorders.

We are entirely different from many assisted living facilities in Texas. Our highly trained staff members are committed to offering a friendly environment that makes residents feel at home. What makes us stand out as different? Here are some of our key differentiators:

Personalized Assistance for Residents. We have trained staff that get to know residents on a personal level. Our staff is available to help them with their needs. Our staff is trained to handle situations that could arise with our residents who have memory disorders. We are here to help!

Personalized Activities. Residents with memory disorders need hobbies and activities they can enjoy, and at The Cottages, we offer customized activities. We have Alzheimer’s Certified Activity Directors on staff and all programs are customized for each resident.  Some of these activities include:

• Games structured for those with memory disorders
• Religious services in-house throughout the week

Personalized Support. Our smaller setting allows the residents more familiarity while living with dementia and allows our staff to develop deeper relationships with our residents.
