Advantage of condos: Condos are located centrally, it provides affordability, and needs low maintenance.

Disadvantage of condos: Buyer needs to pay monthly & weekly dues, also buyer got some restrictions & it’s very close to neighbours.

Advantage of townhouse: Townhouses are more spacious compared to condos. This is also built like a single family house attached like condos, but townhouse provides more privacy.
