Designed by Canada Goose for actress Rebecca Romijn (who needed a coat to keep her warm during a movie shoot in arctic winter conditions), the Mystique Parka is a surprisingly elegant coat that delivers head-to-toe warmth. It’s also amazingly light, thanks to the 625-fill white duck down that provides the highest warmth-to-weight ratio. Having a Thermal Experience Index or TEI of ‘extreme,’ the Mystique Parka can be worn in temperatures of -30°C and below. TEI ratings help you find the right Canada Goose jacket for your body, lifestyle, and activities, and an ‘extreme’ designation indicates that the garment has been field-tested for the earth’s coldest places. The Mystique Parka also features 192 GSM Arctic Tech fabric, which is designed to stay dry in extreme climates.  This polyester and cotton blend has a water-repellent finish and is also wind resistant.

The genuine coyote fur lining around the hood of the Mystique Parka is not just stylish—it also blocks the wind while holding warmth around the face. It is removable for easy cleaning, along with the hood and Velcro-secured collar that protects the head from the wind and cold. Simply detach it from the jacket for a streamlined, city-slick look.

The rib-knit cuffs are recessed and elasticized to seal cold air out so the arms stay toasty warm. The Mystique Parka also features a calf length cut to ensure warmth from head to leg.

True to the Canada Goose philosophy of combining style with function, the Mystique Parka has interior shoulder straps that allow you to carry it over your shoulder. There are two fleece-lined pockets on the exterior that double as hand warmers, plus two interior pockets: a drop-in pocket and a security pocket complete with zipper closure. The insulated windguard that is behind the centre front zipper offers extra protection from the biting wind.

Finding Your Fit
The Mystique Parka from Canada Goose is cut with some extra room in the chest and body. This makes it perfect for layering. The XS size is a US 2, while the XXL is a US 20. If you’re a US 4 to 6, choose S. Get the M if you’re between US 8 to 10. This full-length parka is designed for a sleek and flattering fit. 

Warranty and Care 

The Mystique Parka by Canada Goose needs to be dry cleaned; never put it in the wash. It comes with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.
