Return Policy
You are allowed to return/exchange most items you bought within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items that cannot be Innovo Medical returned will be Innovo Medical clearly indicated in the product listing. You must get a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) to return a purchase to us. Without which, we will NOT refund you even if Innovo Medical you shipped the items back to us. NO EXCEPTIONS. All accessories, boxes that accompany your purchase must be returned to Innovo. A restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund if any accessories are missing. You will pay for the shipping to return the item back to Innovo unless we ship you a defective/wrong product.

Replacement policy for Defective/Wrong Products
Innovo takes FULL responsibility if we shipped you a defective/wrong item. We will cover the shipment to Innovo Medical recover the defective/wrong item from you and we will also cover the shipment of the replacement. However, we retain the right to refund you the purchase Innovo Medical amount if we are out of stock. The manufacturer also reserves the right to determine if they should repair the defective item or send you a replacement.

Please note that for defective items, if the manufacturer deems that the item is NOT defective, Innovo will NOT cover the shipping. In other words, we will refund you the purchase medical supplies price of the item minus the shipping cost to ship the item back to us. For example, a very common return request is that the device you received fails to turn on. However, Innovo Medical the manufacturer later found that the batteries were simply inserted in the wrong polarity. The manufacturer will NOT cover the return shipping in such cases. You are recommended Innovo Medical to copy down the serial number of the defective item before you sent the item in.

Wrong Shipping Address:
Before you pay, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We will try our best to correct wrongly entered shipping address on your behalf but due to security issues, our customer service sometimes are unable to do so. Once the medical supplies and medical equipment item is shipped, the chances of us changing the address Innovo Medical successfully are close to nothing. USPS does not allow address changes and other courier services charges high fees to change shipping address. Hence, please double check your shipping address before placing the order for a pleasant shopping experience.

If the item is returned Innovo Medical due to a wrong address, Innovo will charge you the shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Speed
Generally, you will receive your item within 2-7 business days. If you do not receive your item after 10 business days, please contact Innovo Medical us immediately for further assistance. We will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping.
