It's pretty easy to have Video and Screen Sharing in Zoom, but a Panel of experts must be microphoned up properly. We use what we learned from years of working in Pharma and CME to take care of business. Each Mic, Shure SM12s, can hear 2 board members, and it sounds so good, because the sound is broadcast quality. Stream Origination must be as perfect as we can make it, given clients want to use Zoom.This applies to any stream platform too.  The package begins at $900 which includes 6 Mics, a Profressional Mixer, an Experienced A1 (Audio Engineer), Delivery, Set-Up, Strike and whatever else helpwise that you need. We can build on this easily and scale up to more Microphones, larger Mixers, and Multiple Cameras. Typically this is executed on a Corporate or Academic Campus, but we can move it easily into a Conference Center or Hotel. Just bring us in before you sign the Venue Contract so we can speed test the Internet and make sure the room is not next to the noisy kitchen or service hallway We can even show you how to sell tickets to monetize some of the forward expense.
