Approach to Dentistry:
Dr. Simmons’ interest in dentistry developed early on in life. He loves education and staying up to date on the latest in dental technology and procedures so that the office can bring the absolute best in dental care to the patients of El Campo. To Dr. Simmons, exemplary care in dentistry is more than just state-of-the-art technology and staying clinically-current. He passionately believes patients also deserve a dentist with compassion and empathy. His approach to patient care sets Dr. Simmons apart from other practitioners in the field. He enjoys connecting with my patients. At an appointment Dr. Simmons takes the time to listen and understand each patient’s unique situation including their problems and fears. He aims to improve the life and health of every patient seen through his expertise in dentistry.

Education & Experience:
Dr. Simmons grew up in Katy, TX. He went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. While participating in an accelerated dual degree program Dr. Simmons earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Health Science Center in San Antonio. He is an active member in a variety of dental organizations including: American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Simmons and his wife enjoy spending time in the small town of Brookshire, TX. They love the small-town vibe and the volunteer work they do at the Brookwood Community, an adult special needs community in Brookshire. Offering their time and expertise to this special group of people is especially rewarding for Dr. & Mrs. Simmons.

On a Personal Level:
Growing up in Houston, Dr. Simmons is an active member of Second Baptist Church. When he’s not taking care of patients he can be found enjoying a round of golf, cheering for the Houston Texans or spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Lascena were married October 2014. And are looking forward to eventually making El Campo their home!
