Dr. Ana Torres grew up in Isabela, Puerto Rico. She graduated from University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez in 1998 with a Bachelor in Pre Medicine. She then attended University of Illinois at Chicago School of Dentistry earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004. After 10 yrs of working in Chicago, IL; in 2013 Dr. Torres and her family moved to Austin. Dr. Torres has been working at Vida Dental since 2013. She enjoys working with adults and children. Her specialty is cosmetic work but she also enjoys doing root canals, dentures and partials and has much experience restoring implants. Dr. Torres is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois Dental Society. She is a licensed dentist in Illinois and in Texas. When not at work, Dr. Torres is out at the park with her daughter, husband and the family dog "Pancho". Her personal hobbies are playing volleyball, spinning, stand up paddle and playing tennis.
