Edes only sells top quality beef, pork, poultry, lamb, fish and other meats. At one time or another, ALL of the meats we sell they have won a grand champion award either state or national. Although our quality is higher, our prices are comparable to grocery store prices. Edes produces all products from scratch on site. Edessells only the upper grade of choice beef Sterling Silver or Certified Angus Beef. The Texas Panhandle has some of cleanest, healthiest and tastiest beef in the world. Edes beef is hand picked out of 100,000+ cattlefrom Texas Panhandle feed yards. We butcher most of the beef wepurchase on site. Our beef is aged 4 to 5 weeks for the best flavor and tenderness.Edes can custom cut steaks to your specification.

Wild caught fish flown in from Alaska vacuum packed and flash frozen.

All meats are either freezer wrapped or vacuum packed. Freezer wrapping is 1mm plastic with plastic coated paper around it.
