Use the Calendar button to the left to check my schedule. I have a new calendar that's easier to read. If you need to schedule an appointment please call me or send an email. I will be in the Austin office every Wednesday and I will add more days as needed. You can also send me an invitation for an appointment through your Outlook Calendar.
Use the Client Portals Button in the column to the left to access your Portal. In your personal portal you are able to access copies of your tax returns for 2006, 2007 and 2008 using the My Tax Portal selection. Your User ID is your Client ID and your password is your SSN, no hyphen. Your User ID is included in the emails I send you with your draft copies of your tax returns. Your 2009 return will be available as well when it is completed.
Use the Client Organizer button to access your 2009 Client Organizer.
The Newsletters and More button will allow you to view and print the Fee Schedule, Engagement Letters for Individuals and Businesses, 2009 Newsletters for Individuals, Businesses, Corporations and LLC's, and the Required Documents Lists for Individuals and Businesses.
Use the Recommended Links tab to the left to find links to forms and useful websites, such as:
*Checklists for Nursing Home Evaluation, Corporation Reasonable Compensation Planning, Self-employed Checklist, and many others
*Employers will need to print the Form W-4, Form I-9 and the TWC New Employee Reporting Form for each new employee.

I have an answering machine at the Goliad office that I monitor daily except when I am in the Austin office on Wednesdays. If I am on the phone you will get a different voice mail which then appears on my email; if you get this voice mail I am in the office and you can call back and reach me later. However, check my calendar - if I am in a Webex session I will often be on the phone for a couple of hours.
