We are in daily contact with the annuity marketplace and have established close working relationships with those carriers who offer the flexibility and special underwriting skills required to close a structured settlement.
We provide assistance in the drafting of the final settlement papers, including court approved documents, in order that we may ensure that the terms of the settlement conform to those of the annuity contract.
