Henry & Peters, P.C. is proud to announce that James R. “Rick” Allen, CPA, has joined the firm as an officer and shareholder as of June 1, 2010. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Rick also attended graduate school at North Texas State University and has more than 30 years of public accounting experience, including 5 years with Price Waterhouse.

With extensive experience in a wide range of tax practice areas including closely held corporations and partnerships, individuals, trusts and estates, retirement planning, entity planning and wealth development strategies, Rick is committed to providing superior service. His accounting and consulting services to oil and gas, real estate, construction, investment, sales and professional offices gives Rick the broad base of experience clients seek and appreciate.
