The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) is the governing body for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification programs. PJS is a member of the USGBC and employs a full time LEED Accredited Professional.

PJS earned green certification in June 2008 for cleaning operations in a building on the Northwest Freeway in Houston, Texas. This certification recognizes cleaning companies who have achieved an 80% or higher OS1 compliance rating on a very entensive verification audit.
