You will find that having a saltwater acquarium will be a very enjoyable and relaxing hobby. Some people think that this hobby is very time-consuming and the aquariums are very hard to maintain; but that is not the case because of all the new technological improvements. As a matter of fact, maintaining a saltwater acquarium is easier than maintaining a freshwater acquarium. I will guide you from the first day that you start your hobby until you are comfortable on your own. My promise to you is that I will not mislead you in order to make a buck. That is not why I got into the business. I want to make your life just a little bit more peaceful and relaxing.
Let me tell you a little about how I decided to open a saltwater store. I have been in the collectible business for over four years now but I remember the day that I bought my first 55 gallon aquarium. I was never impressed with freshwater fish because their colors did not attract my eye. At this time there were only three saltwater stores in El Paso and they were all on the east side of town. In my opinion, their products were over priced and their selection of fish was very limited. I started doing a lot of research and trying to learn everything there was to learn about saltwater fish and corals. This is when I decided to start my own store. I know that if I have the best prices and excellent quality fish and corals, then customers would come to my store. I opened my store on February 18, 2005 in central El Paso, isolated from all the other saltwater stores but not hard to find if you are looking for quality at great prices.
