About Our Business
Eagle Pass Pediatric Health Clinic was founded in 1994 and was acquired by the Pediatric Specialty Rural Health Clinic, Ltd. in October of 1999.
Dr. Ricardo De Los Santos is the owner and Medical Director of both clinics and is
proud to have served the community of Eagle Pass, surrounding counties, and our
prominent neighbor, Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico.
Dr. De Los Santos has served the Eagle Pass community for over 27 years and has
served in the past as Chief of Staff and as Chief of Pediatrics, as well as various
Committee Head positions of the Ft. Duncan Hospital and is currently a medical staff
advisor to the Ft. Duncan Hospital Board of Directors. Dr. De Los Santos is also very
proud to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the TEXAS STATE BANK.
Our mission is to serve the community with dignity and respect to all persons
without regard to race, creed, religion, or ability to pay for services.
We are proud to be members of the Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce.
