Established in 1983 by Edward Flores, Jr. P.E., EPCON, Inc has been delivering professional construction services across Southwest Texas and Southern New Mexico for over twenty years. EPCON was recognized in 1998 as the Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration in the El Paso District. EPCON is certified in the state of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and with the SBA as a HUBZone small businesses.
