November 2010 - Client was on felony probation for two counts of Burglary of a Habitation, a second-degree felony. The prosecution accused the client of committing an Attempted Burglary of a Habitation and sought to revoke his felony probation as well as charge him with a new felony offense.

October 2010 - Client was indicted in federal court under the Bank Robbery statute for aiding and abetting the burglary of a federally insured bank. Client had several felony dispositions in state court. The Presentence Report determined client to be a career offender and recommended his sentence range be from 151 months (12 years) to 188 months (16 years). Redington & Redington filed an Objection to the Presentence Report.
