We carry all the insurance on our construction projects including: Texas Workers' Compensation, Builder's Risk Insurance and General Liability Insurance.
The General Liability Insurance is especially important to you as the property owner. Only builders with a proven track record and solid financial condition are able to obtain general liability insurance.
If your home is being built outside a municipal area, we contract with a licensed independent inspection service to inspect the construction of your home. We give written inspection reports to assure you that your home is being built to the highest standards and within the international residential code.

Southwest Homes started building custom homes in Bryan/College Station in 1984 and we have built over 700 homes. We have some customers for whom we have built 2nd, 3rd and even 4th homes and we will be happy to provide you with a reference list of our customers.
