DiIorio Farms and Roadside Market brings you home grown and farm fresh produce year around, you can taste the difference in our produce that grows here. You as the consumer should know the people that grow your food. The DiIorio Family has been growing fruits and vegetables for the public for four generations. DiIorios is a 20,000 square foot, fan cooled, roadside open air produce market that is open 12 months a year, 7 days a week.

DiIorios has some of the most flavorful, gourmet varieties of pickles, jellies and preserves. We carry local grown honey that is raised on our farms. Our all occasion flower shop, specializes in weddings, funerals and special events. We are located in Waller County just northwest of Houston in the small town of Hempstead, Texas. Hempstead is known as the headquarters of the country's best Annual Watermelon Music Festival, so you're sure to get some fresh produce here hot-off-the-vine!

It's Summer again! That means that Summer vegetables are in too. Texas Watermelons are just one of the items fresh on the stands. Come in and see What's in Season?

The DiIorio family originated from Ricca, Italy, approximately 100 miles east of Rome. DiIorio in Italian means of the river and the family lived beside the river as well. In 1900, the family decided to move to the United States. Nick DiIorio was 9 years old when he first set foot in the United States and the family settled in Bolivar, Pennsylvania. (read more...)
