The Pastoral Counseling and Education Center has been providing mental health services to the people of Dallas and the surrounding areas since 1968. The Center staff is committed to providing the highest quality of care to all who are in need of therapy and/or psychiatric services.
The Clergy & Congregational Care program provides additional services to individuals through their congregational relationships. Consultation services include mediating congregational conflict, staff development, workshops, coaching, and offering retreats and seminars.
Psychiatric Services at PCEC offers treatment and services for adolescents (age 13 and older) and adults with mental illness and mental disabilities. Early intervention may prevent the development of more serious emotional crisis and maximize the potential for self-management of the clients life and disability.
For Kids' Sake, is a four-hour seminar for parents involved in a divorce, motion to modify, or other issues involving the parent / child relationship.
Residency Program, is a post graduate clinical training program designed for those who have a temporary state license in a counseling discipline.
