Mama Alice and Malisa are still working hard as they prepare the delicious Nit Noi sauce (made from mom's original recipe) and distributing the sauce to other Nit Noi Thai Restaurants and Nit Noi Cafes. Preparing the original sauce the old fashioned way ensures the characteristic taste and maintains our high quality so that whichever location you dine at, you are guaranteed the same great taste. You can catch Mama Alice making her signature Nit Noi sauce at the Richmond cafe and Malisa at the Woodway restaurant.

Nit Noi Cafe locations specialize in lunch selections, and the Cafes are also great for dinner or take out. Nit Noi Cafe serves up the same great taste as Nit Noi Thai Restaurant, but with a smaller menu featuring our most popular dishes in smaller portions for smaller prices.

Thanks to customer compliments, Nit Noi was chosen as one of the top 50 Best Thai Restaurants by Bestthai Inc. Of the 50 best that were chosen, Nit Noi is the only Houston Thai restaurant on this list, and Nit Noi is one of a few chosen Thai restaurants in the state of Texas.
