Regency Assisted Living on Bartlett is located at 221 Bartlett Drive next door to the El Paso Westside YWCA, just behind Texas Road House and Fuddruckers. Family owned and operated, Doug and Don Pendergras have 45 years experience in Texas Geriatric Health Centers.

Regency is an intimate community with 60 private studio apartments. The Victorian décor in the Lobby is beautiful. But, what you'll probably notice most is the comfortable atmosphere and friendly relationships that staff, residents and families enjoy.

As an Assisted Living Community, Regency is licensed to provide residents with personal care and assistance with activities of daily living: oral medication assistance, bathing, dressing, and gentle reminders for activities and meals. Activities are planned 7 days a week! We have a licensed nurse on duty or on call 24 hours a day and a Certified Pharmacy Technician on staff.

Our Prices range from $2,200 to $2,800 per month depending on the efficiency apartment Floor Plan the resident chooses. This one monthly fee also includes 3 meals a day and complimentary snacks, scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping and flat linen laundry service, Satellite TV and all utilities paid except phone.
