The Carleton Suite located on the entire third floor features a king-sized bed, a gas

fireplace, separate TV/sitting area with twin
beds and a large Jacuzzi tub for two under a
skylight, with dual rainbow showerheads. Also
enjoy a private rooftop deck perfect for
watching the sunset!

All located on the second floor, they include a TV, VCR, old movies, lamps, alarm clock, wireless DSL, cental heat & air, reading and writing materials, games, and playing cards. Each of the rooms has a private bathroom equipped with a clawfoot tub for relaxing bubble baths or quick showers if you're in a hurry. An assortment of bath items are stocked for guests' pleasure.

A State Park is also within our community, as is Lake Bonham, The Sam Rayburn Library, The Fannin County Museum, two local wineries, antique shops and many interesting historic homes to view.
Other scheduled activities in Bonham include a County Fair, Rodeos, Annual Bike Ride, and monthly Trade Days. The Carleton House or Chamber of Commerce can help you coordinate with these scheduled events.
