The DAC Theater is an attractive, comfortable 150-seat proscenium theater (3,700 sq. ft.) complete with lighting and sound systems, box office and concession areas, dressing rooms with shower, gallery entrance and outdoor marquee.
The Julia C. Butridge Gallery, named after a former gallery director whose heart belonged to the arts, proudly offers quality exhibition space for local artists, artisans and arts organizations.
The Dougherty Arts School offers classes in many different medias for ages three to senior adults.

Friends of the Dougherty Arts Center (FODAC)
FODAC was first formed in 1982 and organized again in 1988 and 2004. It is a community volunteer advisory board that supports the DAC's mission to provide accessible, quality arts education programs and services to all residents and visitors to Austin.
