Harley-Davidson of Dallas is proud to sponsor Harley's Heroes, the Disabled American Veteran's Mobile Service Office, Saturday, November 13th at our dealership, from 10 am to 4 pm. You are invited to attend and encouraged to bring your family and friends! Spread the word to all the veterans you know -- old and new -- and help make sure that the guys who defend our nation get all that they deserve!
The Harley's Heroes program is a true celebration of the camaraderie and spirit of our local veterans, those that have fought for our freedom and independence. The mission of Harley's Heroes is to reach out to veterans of all generations to show the high honor the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and Harley-Davidson have for their service and sacrifice to our country. Local veterans are invited to attend and connect with DAV National Service Officers and VA representatives who will provide benefits counseling to those veterans who suffer from service-connected injuries but may have never filed a claim for benefits or have found it difficult working through the red tape.
If you know a disabled veteran who would benefit from this event, please let them know about this event.

If you're not a veteran (or even if you are, please make time on your next visit to sign the Harley-Davidson flag that we'll be sending over seas in December. Its your opportunity to say "thank you" to a military division who needs to know that the folks at home think about them and what they're doing. You can also send a Thank You card with it if you would like...we have them at the front , and they're free to fill out .

Operation Quiet Comfort is a non-profit organization that takes your donated, old, beat up, too big, 100% cotton denim blue jeans, and turns them into personalized "thank you" quilts for soldiers injured while
serving our nation overseas. If you've got some old jeans to get rid of, we have a box upstairs in the customer lounge/HOG room for you to dump them off!
Our goal is to get them a Hum Vee full of old jeans by Veteran's Day! Please help if you can!

From DFW Airport take 635 East to 75 North and then follow the directions below...
If you are coming from the downtown Dallas/Garland/Richardson/Plano, Texas area, simply take Central Expressway/75 North to exit #34 (McDermott), then take the turnaround under the freeway to be heading back south. We are about 1/2 mile down on the right.
If you are trying to find us from McKinney/Sherman, TX or places north, simply take 75/Central Expressway south to exit #34, then continue southbound on the access road about 1/2 mile past the light, and we'll be waiting for you on the right!
