Long Distance Transfers
Valley EMS, Inc. provides long distance transfer service to area facilities that may require the transport of a patient to another facility outside our local service area. Transfers to Corpus, San Antonio, Houston, Galveston can be arranged by calling our office.

Valley EMS, Inc. provides non-emergency ambulance transport services to the citizens of the community. Scheduled non-emergency transfers include transport to doctors offices and other life-supporting treatment facilities
24 Hour Customer Care
Valley EMS, Inc. provides community service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contracted service areas are protected by 6 fully staffed 24-hour MICU ambulances and 1-2 fully staffed 12-hour MICU ambulances providing extra support during peek hours of the day. Valley EMS, Inc. also utilizes 3 full-time Paramedic Shift Supervisors/Field Training Officers to provide field support and ensure quality assurance for all operational duties.

We provide 24 hour dispatching ensuring the citizens of the community are always well serviced. Dispatchers are nationally certified EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatchers), and have the capabilities to assist callers in emergency situations.
Special Events & Standys
Valley EMS, Inc. provides emergency medical services to organizations within our service areas for special events and standbys. We provide ambulance and bicycle service for events such as the annual Edinburg 10K walk/run event, UTPA-ROTC training events, and many other community events.

In an effort to promote EMS education Valley EMS, Inc. conducts presentations at local schools. In our presentations we show students the equipment and the ambulances so to familiarize them with the equipment and procedures in the ambulance.

Valley EMS, Inc. believes in the importance of family and community. We strive to provide quality care and professional community interest. We participate in many community events throughout the year and provide sponsorships of local organizations including children's sports groups.

Over 55% of the current South Texas College Emergency Technology Program instructors are made up of current and previously employed individuals of Valley EMS Inc.

Valley EMS, Inc. uses the latest computer software to ensure proper and accurate billing. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay for service payment.
