When we opened in 1980, we began with an honest commitment to the health and well being of our residents and their families. We knew complicated and difficult decisions might lie ahead of you and your family, and that every situation is unique. Thirty years later, that commitment and understanding has not changed. We've been there; we know how to help.
Walnut Place offers a wide range of services to you and your loved ones. Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative services are available when an additional step between a hospital stay and return home is necessary. If a long-term solution is required, Walnut Place offers Assisted Living, Memory Care, and multiple levels of Nursing Care. Short-term respite stays and even support groups are available.

We are located off of Walnut Hill, directly across from Presbyterian Hospital (open google map). Call to make an appointment, or drop in 9am - 5pm. Someone is available seven days a week.
