We offer an optional housekeeping service, and there is a barber and beauty shop for your convenience. Three Fountains offers a choice of floor plans and color schemes to complement your own familiar furnishings. Rates include an unfurnished single occupancy apartment with a 24 hour emergency call system, utilities (except telephone and cable), draperies, carpeting, frost-free refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, all recreational programs and the use of common areas. A security deposit of $500 is due prior to move in. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to the execution of an Occupancy Agreement.

Three Fountains residents may receive personalized health assistance through our on site home health provider, Paradigm Home Health Services. Paradigm's broad range of supportive services such as medication reminders, assistance with bathing, dressing and other daily activities allows many of our residents to safely and affordably remain in their spacious apartment homes at Three Fountains instead of moving to a more expensive, institutional assisted living facility as their needs change. Residents always have freedom of choice of which provider they choose.

Full retirement and Home Health programs are now available starting at a low monthly fee of $1,950. This total reflects the combined billing of Three Fountains and Paradigm.
