I am so excited that you have stopped by to check all the classes and events and TDK. It is my practice to be personally involved with every student. I desire to be an example to them in every way. At TDK we are committed to living out our student creed and being models to our students.
In addition to self-defense, we teach every student about respect, confidence, self-control, disclipline, and how to set personal goals. As a young man, Karate taught me valuable lessons about how to treat others and how to be successful.
Our non-contact fitness kickboxing classes are great for getting in the best shape of your life. It is also the quickest. You can burn up to 1000 calories an hour.
No matter what your self-defense or fitness goal is, TDK's karate and fitness kickboxing classes can challenge you to reach it! We offer Karate and Fitness Kickboxing classes six days a week at convenient times that meet the demands of your busy schedule.
