To help make vision correction services more affordable, our practice offers an easy to use finance plan through our patient financing partner, ChaseHealthAdvance. By completing a simple and confidential application, we can qualify you while you are here today. There is no application fee and it is completely voluntary.

3 Months No Interest - for purchases of $300.00 to $499.99

6 Months No Interest - for purchases of $500.00 to $999.99

12 Months No Interest - for purchases above $1,000.00

Extended Payment Plan - for financing $1,000.00 or more - A revolving line of credit with a lower minimum monthly payment due until the balance is paid in full.
