Consider this your special invitation. Many of you have known Ronda for most of her life since we came to South Main less than a month after we celebrated her second birthday. Our only daughter was baptized into our fellowship when she was seven and experienced Gods presence with us until she went away to Baylor University. After her student days, she remained in Waco to begin her career. She was very involved in the Columbus Avenue Baptist Church in Waco for 13 years before returning to Pasadena recently.
In early December, Brenda and I will have the opportunity to share the joy of our daughter Ronda as she and Robert Cooper declare their love and commitment to each other here in our Worship Center. Brenda and I are most grateful for the significant role that South Main has played in Rondas life and delighted to extend to you the invitation to share this joyful time with us on December 4.
We are excited for Ronda and Robert, two strong young adult Jesus followers. Ronda is a speech-language pathologist, while Robert is a legal counselor and consultant for XMS Solutions, a computer firm. The newlyweds will live near downtown Houston.
What to Expect
Maybe youre returning to church, or coming to church for the very first time. Or, maybe youre an active church member who just moved to town and needs to find a new church home. Whatever your story may be, you probably have a lot of questions before you visit South Main Baptist Church.
