SWEPCO begins serving Valley District
SWEPCO's new Valley District includes 30,000 Louisiana customers formerly served by Valley Electric Membership Corporation (VEMCO). SWEPCO finalized the purchase of VEMCO on Oct. 1.

J. Lamar Stall Unit at Arsenal Hill
SWEPCO has begun commercial operation of the new J. Lamar Stall Unit at Arsenal Hill in Shreveport. SWEPCOs first combined-cycle natural gas unit was declared in commercial operation June 16.
