Victoria Educational Associates was established in 1991 by Johnny Sciacca, Ed.D. Dr. Sciacca, owner and director, earned his doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction from East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas. He served six years as an elementary school principal in the Tidehaven I.S.D. and four years as an educational consultant for Region III Education Service Center before starting his own business.
