Recognized under the trade name of don Elias Food Products, Hernandez & Solis, Inc. provides products to restaurants, arenas and parks, food distributors and grocery stores in addition to luxury hotels and gift companies. Our specialty is stone-ground corn tortillas whereby corn is cooked, steeped and ground on site to ensure the highest quality and flavor for our customers. Our corn is Texas-grown corn and is not genetically altered. Soybean oil is used for all of our fried tortilla products.
