Hillside Properties has been providing quality homes in Big Spring for 20 years. Hillside is a small community of 300 ground level homes. Each duplex or home has their own fenced back yard, a covered carport, and covered back patio with a storage room. For a small fee, there is a large outside swimming pool that is open during the summer months. We also have a basketball and volleyball court along with a picnic area with tables and BBQ pits that tenants can enjoy.

Hillside is blocks away from an elementary school that kindergarten through 4th grade students attend. The 5th and 6th grade students attend Golliad Intermediate School, the 7th and 8th graders attend Big Spring Junior High, and the 9th through 12th graders attend the Big Spring High School. There is a bus route down the main road of our property to pick up and drop off the older children.

There is easy access to Hillside Properties from both Interstate 20 and US 87. The city of Big Spring has Scenic Mountain Medical Hospital, Big Spring State Hospital, and Veteran's Hospital. Howard College and Southwest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf (SWID) are both located in Big Spring. Hillside Properties is within a mile of the Commanche Trail Golf Course and Scenic Mountain State Park.

All Hillside employees live on our property. We pride ourselves in our excellent maintenance and are committed to providing quick, dependable, and reliable service to our tenants.
