CLUB Z PHILOSOPHY: We believe each child is an individual, unique and special in his/her own way. Each child must have the opportunities to learn and grow in an environment they can call a "home away from home." We help each child build self-esteem and confidence while developing their physical, emotional, and social skills needed to live a happy and healthy life.

Club Z enhances social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth through a variety of planned activities, games and projects.

With over fifteen years of experience as an instructor, lead teacher, and administrator, Tony Zuniga is clearly one of the most respected after-school programmers in the Austin area.

"Z" is an instructor at Austin Community College and teaches classes such as: Interactive Discipline with Children, Activities and Games, Beginning Your Own After-School Program, Classroom Arrangement and Professionalism.

Z is routinely asked to consult with schools and speak at industry conferences, as he has seen and developed programming in every facet of after-school care programming. Z now continues his leadership in the field with the coolest new after-school concept - "Club Z!"
