Accurate Inspections has provided Austin and Central Texas with quality inspections since 1987. We provide professional written reports in layman's terms for ease of understanding. All findings are discussed at the end of the inspection with many helpful hints. To save our client's time, we email our reports with a maintenance page to our clients within 24 hours from completion of the inspection.
Sam Cunningham, the owner has been in the Real Estate industry since 1979. Prior to obtaining his Professional Real Estate Inspector's license, # 1144, he was a Real Estate broker specializing in the rehabilitation of investment properties and worked as a property manager. He is a past president of an inspector's trade organization and is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. He has been active in many civic activities and organizations throughout his career.

Our inspections are a visual, practical, and non destructive. At Accurate, we conduct functional inspections of the condition of major components of the structure. Our inspections cover the roof, load bearing walls, foundation, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Most inspections average around three hours in length. Since the purchase of a home is typically the largest investment, the client is encouraged to be present at the time of the inspection. At the end of the inspection we present the purchaser the findings and we provide many helpful maintenance tips.
