Our dearly beloved brother Lewis Gilcrease won his crown of life this morning. Visitation will be Friday night from 5-7 PM at Pennington Funeral Home and services will be Saturday morning at 10 am at the building with burial in San Marcos City Cemetery. Please keep Linda, Greg, Glen, Gary and all of the Gilcrease family in your prayers.
Welcome to the website of the University Church of Christ, San Marcos, Texas.
We hope this site will help you learn more about us and about God's will for us. The University congregation is a group of Christians who love the Lord and strive to do only His will.
We hope this site educates you on who we are, what we do, and where we stand in today's world of religious division and conflict. We hope you and your family will have a warm and spirit-filled experience with us as we worship and fellowship together at our worship services, events and in our ministries. Our aim is to stand constantly with the Lord and operate by His authority in all things (Col. 3:17). We strive to speak where the Bible speaks and be silent where the Bible is silent.
Feel free to share any comments or questions that might be on your mind through our online guest book. If you are not a member at University, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to one of our weekly services. Please feel free to call us if you would like to talk to one of our elders or ministers.
