Nestled on seven wooded acres is the first ever Montessori school located in Lockhart, Texas. A new school demonstrating perfect harmony with education and nature. We are a purpose built facility dedicated to preparing your child for life, while preserving their childhood. We warmly welcome you to our school and encourage you to participate fully in all Lockhart Montessori has to offer your family. The goals of Lockhart Montessori School are to foster independence and to support children in moving toward a mastery of self and the environment. The children's classroom is a prepared Montessori environment designed to encourage children in their self-directed discovery of the world.
We are currently enrolling children ages 3 - 6 years of age. If you feel that your child might benefit from an enriched Montessori environment in a peaceful, rural setting please feel free to contact the director for more information.
