"I was sent to Ike's based on a recommendation from someone who was in the Austin transmission business for many years. The staff is professional, educated and customer focused. They are very detailed in the analysis of the problem before making recommendations to the customer on the possible solutions and cost. The shop provides some free services while the chain stores charge for things like reading an engine code.
