TVO Groupe - TVO Groupe is the holding company for all of the TVO operating affiliates engaged in investment, capital markets, asset management, property management, facility management, construction management, property development, investment management and real estate property funds.

TVO North America - TVO North America is a real estate investment and services company with operating divisions that underwrite, finance and acquire real estate properties for investment purposes as well as provide property, facility and construction management services to its owned property portfolio and those of unrelated third parties. Currently, TVO owns and manages thousands of multifamily residential apartment and condominium units as well as millions of square feet of industrial/logistics, hospitality, retail, medical office, and specialty healthcare properties in various markets across the United States for both itself and its institutional partners as well as for unrelated institutional investors.

TVO Development - TVO Development is the operating company that provides a comprehensive list of development services to both TVO affiliated and unrelated third party investors. TVO Developments mission is to develop high quality projects that will deliver both current and sustainable income as well as long term value to its clients, tenants, partners and investors in the multifamily, retail, hospitality, industrial/logistics, medical office, and specialty healthcare property sectors.

TVO International - TVO International is the operating company responsible for developing real estate-related investment opportunities outside of North America. TVOs current focus is to identify and secure real estate related investment opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with pension funds and other institutional investors via TVO Europe Property Services, TVO Internationals operating affiliate. TVO Europe Property Services is currently managing approximately 5.0 million square feet of commercial and residential properties for institutional investors in Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic where it is headquartered in the capitol city of Prague.
