Welcome to my website. I invite you to take some time to explore the different therapies I offer. Here are some thoughts for you to keep in mind.
Therapy is concerned with our interpersonal potential. New meanings emerge that better reflect the way we want to be in relationship. Change occurs through our lived experiences.
Throughout the therapeutic relationship, seeds are planted that require nurturing before they can harvest. We must often weed out thoughts and beliefs that inhibit our growth. They are often deeply rooted and take away from the pleasures of life. The relationship provides a nurturing environment for new seeds, ideas, and behaviors to take root. These seeds grow into fruition as we develop healthy relationships.
As a therapist, I guide people through the geography of change.

Individual therapy allows for an honest exploration of one's emotional, physical and spiritual life, leading to desired changes and to a balanced and happy life.

Marriage and Family therapy recognizes the role of relationships that govern behavior and development. This therapy moves us from reactivity to responsibility, leading to more intimate and satisfying relationships.

Group Therapy is an effective way to practice interpersonal skills in a safe environment. Members learn to be more honest with their feelings and to speak their truth openly.

Rubenfeld Synergy combines verbal expression with gentle touch to support and bypass thought patterns that restrict healing.

Labyrinths are an archetypal form found all over the world and embedded within each design is a pattern that somehow quiets the mind and help us bring meaning in our lives by putting us in touch with what is timeless. They are a powerful tool for transformation.
