These rodless flat top tanks are designed for easy clean up. With smooth sides and no internal rods you can clean them in a snap, saving you time and money. You can order
yours unlined, or lined with a wide variety of epoxy liners for extra long service life. 1/4" Floor & Walls with 3/16" thick Roof & Roll beam. 10" & 12" Structural Channel Runners under the floor.

All tanks are available with a 4" - 4 valve set up or 8" external manifold with unions piped in to a 16" sump. Tanks have 1/4" walls, roof and floors. Standard 4" rear drain and 21 " side & front clean out hatches. Floors are 1/4" plate with formed 10" and 12" channel runners and 1/4" plate cross members.

Our Flat top tanks are designed for safety first. With their stair case landing gauge hole and hatch on the top front of the tank for visual inspection of fluid level. All bracing is external for smooth internal walls. Clean up time and maintenance is greatly reduced. Internal bracing - one set of 1 1/4" rods through walls welded inside and out.

Special Tanks are available like this Stainless Steel Flat Top. This tank was fabricated form 316 L Stainless Steel. All exterior bracing and sub frame was made from A-36 carbon steel.

This Smoker was built for Texas Lil's Dude Ranch. It is 57 feet long, 60" diameter and weighs in at approximately 35,000 lbs! it features 20 aluminum doors, 3' cat walks on each side, and over 90,000 square inches of cooking surface.
