That’s not what eating is all about. Eating is fun!
In my private practice, I help individuals and families see food in a new perspective. I help them develop a healthy respect and appreciation for their bodies and nourish themselves with delicious food (with an emphasis on “delicious”). I encourage them to appreciate food as a pleasurable aspect of life and to know it is only one source of joy and pleasure. I help them find ways to enjoy eating free from guilt and fear—to incorporate the foods they really love into their meals—and to eat and be active in a way that allows them to freely participate and fully enjoy life, free from worries about food and weight.
