Established in 1965, DSA, Inc. pioneered the concept of Construction Management. Initially developed for Churches, DSA developed this method as a way to most effectively deliver the most building for clients who were building for future growth and needed more building than they could afford.

DSA recognized the benefit of teaming up initially with the Owner and Architect in order to assist during the early planning stages to establish and protect the budget . DSA is a leader in the Concept of Construction Management, a state-of-the-arts management technique. This technique teams the construction manager with the architect at the commencement of a project. The result of this critical teaming is early stage planned success. Project and budget are blended together before Owner makes large financial commitments. Success, then, results in an orderly procedure.

In the early 1980's, Schools began to realize that they could also benefit from DSA's methods, systems and experience.

We have managed the construction of more than one-thousand projects, including Churches, Schools, Banks and other Institutional projects. The growth of DSA, Inc. is marked by the insistent desire to provide Owners with the highest standards of service and attention to their building programs, which has resulted in significant cost savings and the ultimate in construction quality. This high volume of work gives us additional leverage when bidding, negotiating, and managing the project.
