Dalworth Machine Products is equally owned by Darryl Young (president & marketing) and Greggory Ipock (secretary treasurer and production). Gregg Ipock has 40 years of machine and tool-making experience. Darryl Young has extensive knowledge in slurry seals and emulsions beginning in 1960. He installed an emulsion system in 1967, utilizing a medium shear, high production CM-18 colloid mill which had a series of mechanical problems. In 1975 Dalworth Machine was started to solve the design problems of this type of mill.
Dalworth was incorporated in 1980, when the smaller MP-4 mill was designed. Later the fixed stator high shear mills were developed. The 50hp MP-4S mill in 1985 and the 150hp MP-10S in 1987. These two mills were modified to blend polymer asphalt. The 300hp CM-9S blending mill was developed in 1988. Complete emulsion systems have been designed and built since the late 70's. The complete polymer blending system was first manufactured in the late 80's utilizing their unique "one pass process".
Darryl Young's emulsion experience and Gregg Ipock's mechanical experience have led to several innovative designs for the mill and the emulsion processing. These improvements are prevalent on all of their equipment.
