Integrity Home Management is a full-service management company in business since February 1987. We offer a fee service management package to our clients. We take the headaches out of your investment property. Whether you once lived in the home or bought it strictly as an investment, it is now your business. We help you view the home in that respect. Detaching yourself from a home you lived in can be very hard. Let us help you do that. It doesn't mater if you have one house or ten, we will give your property individual attention. From finding a tenant, to collecting rent, to evictions and repairs, we handle it all for you. Integrity Home Management is a member of the Fort Worth Better Business Bureau as well as the Northeast Tarrant County Chamber of Commerce. We do only property management. So our entire focus is on managing the property that our owners entrust to us for management. We are not into the real estate sales business, we are in the property management business exclusively. Therefore our owners and our tenants are our first and only concern.
Integrity Home Management is owned by Cecil and Donna Housden. Donna Housden has been in the property management business since 1982. She started out as office manager with another company and then later opened Integrity Home Management. Donna is active in the Greater Ft. Worth board of Realtors, where she has served on the leasing management forum having served as its president in 1999. She is one of the founding members of the Ft. Worth/Mid-Cities Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and served as a local officer from 1994 until 1999. She is also involved with NARPM on the national level having served on the membership committee and the convention committee. Donna Housden holds the Professional Property Manager (PPM) designation as well as the Master Property Manager (MPM) designation from NARPM. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
