City of Industry, CA and Forney, TXOrange County Container and Corrugated Services Inc. announced today that the two companies will merge, forming Orange County Container Group, LLC. The merger is expected to close before the end of the calendar year.
Michael Feterik, CEO of Orange County Container, emphasized the geographical orientation of the two companies that made the merger such a natural fit. Greg Hall, COO of Orange County Container, added This merger will allow us to expand our footprint and add jobs. He said, We are not shuttering plants, but planning for new ones.
The two companies have been working together for over ten years and according to Forest Felvey, President of Corrugated Services Inc. this merger is a logical progression in the developing relationship between OCC and CSI.
