South Texas Equipment is a full line rental store. We rent equipment by the day, week and month. We offer delivery and pick up of our equipment at competitive rates. Our store hours are as follows:
We accept all major credit cards (VS, MC, AmEx). All transactions require a valid Texas Driver License and a verifiable home phone number. All rentals will require the payment of the rental in advance plus a deposit. The deposit will be refunded to you when the rental contract is completed and all items are returned in good working order. The refund will be made in the same manner as payment was made.
If you would like to make a reservation, we require a reservation fee/deposit. We operate under a 24 hour policy. If you cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours of the date, we will gladly refund your reservation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the delivery time, your reservation deposit will be forfeited. We will accept changes to any reservation during normal business hours. Any special request for display or inspections must be arranged by appointment.
As with any business, we want to know if you encounter any problems or breakdowns. All that is needed is a quick phone call so that we can eliminate the problem immediately. Customer complaints about problems or performance of equipment made on the return of the equipment will be reviewed by the manager and if warranted will result in the issuance of an in store credit.
