A native of Doss, Texas, Neal Reeh graduated from Texas A&M University (class of 87) with a degree in agriculture economics, specializing in real estate appraisal. He obtained his real estate license in 1987. After college, he worked in his own and his familys ranching business in addition to his part-time real estate career. In 1997, he made the decision to leave the ranching business and devote all of his time to real estate sales in Fredericksburg, Texas, Gillespie County and the neighboring towns and counties. In 2003 Neal planned and created the Real Estate Advisory Team, which opened for business in October 31, 2003.

Wes obtained his real estate license in 2004 after 27 years with GTE/Verizon in sales, sales management, marketing, customer service & sales systems deployment. He and his wife live in Fredericksburg and are blessed with 1 son, 2 daughters, and 4 grandchildren. His great-grandfather was a prominent rancher in both Menard and Schleicher Counties and his parents were teachers and ranchers in Menard County. Wes is a graduate of Menard High School and received a B.B.A. at Angelo State University. He serves the Texas Hill Country specializing in country homes, farms, and ranches.

Few people have experienced the level of career diversity as Marjorie Jarrard. Raised in Big Bear Lake, a small gold-mining town in California, Marjorie's mother owned a feed store and her father was a deputy sheriff.
Following college, Marjorie was an active firefighter for the City of Los Angeles, until injuries forced a career change. For the next nine years, she worked as a lighting technician for Warner Brothers Studios on numerous projects for both television and film and then spent four years as an interior design assistant. Upon relocation to the Texas Hill Country in 2005, she became a Realtor specializing in ranch land and horse properties.
She currently lives in Harper where she loves spending time with her horses and some of the exotics she raises. In addition to enjoying visits from her daughter, a University of Oklahoma student, Marjorie participates in cowboy mounted shooting competitions.

Amy is the "Director of First Impressions" for the Real Estate Advisory Team. A native of Kerrville, her background included working for the Kerrville Daily Times and Fredericksburg Standard as well as office manager and technician for a computer systems company.
Amy and her husband have two boys who attend Fredericksburg ISD and keep the whole family active in sports throughout the year. She and her family enjoy spending time outdoors boating, camping and fishing.
She has been a Real Estate Advisory Team member since 2006. Amy plays an intricate role in managing the office and helping our Seller clients and Buyer Agents with arranging showings and Buyer appointments. Other responsibilities include follow up with details relating to our clients real estate transactions.
